MSI: Three New Notebooks GX400, VR440 and GX720

Micro-Star International(MSI) announced three new notebooks: The GX400, VR440 and the 17-inch GX720. All notebooks feature MSI’s exclusive ECO Engine, a power management function to extend the battery life when performing different tasks. The GX400 features quite similar specifications as the GX720, but comes with a smaller 14.1-inch display and a 1.3-megapixel webcam. The VR440 adopts Intel Pentium processors with a 14.1-inch LCD panel at a weight of of around 2.2kg. The GX720 features a 17-inch LCD display and uses Nvidia’s GeForce 9600M GT GPU for moderate gaming capabilities. The GX720 features Intel Centrino 2 processor technology, Intel Core 2 Duo processor and Intel PM45 Express chipset as well as a 2-megapixel webcam.
